All Returns Require Prior Authorization

Please call 301-467-8525 for a Return Authorization Number. Any item returned without authorization will be refused.

Return Of New Items

We allow you to return any new and unopened bike within 15 days of your purchase date. You may choose a full-credit product exchange or a full credit by the same means payment was made. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If a bike is new and opened, you can return it within 15 days of your purchase date. However, a 15% restock fee will be charged. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

If a bike is damaged due to your fault, no return will be accepted.

We do not accept any return after 15 days of your purchase date.

If we ship you a wrong bike, we will replace it with the correct one without any charges to you.

Packaging Your Return

Returned bike must include all factory packed accessories in the original box. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. Return bike must be carefully boxed to ensure that the bike will not be damaged during the shipping. Your Return Authorization Number must be displayed prominently on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping any return product to our warehouse. In the case that you exchange a wrong product for the correct product, we will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 30 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

Processing Time

Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods.
